Covers soft toy concepts: liquid-filled shells, foam and gel squishes, footbags, fabric beanbags and plush. Character shapes come through the prototype mesh; geometry is shelled from the sculpt.

Where a brief comes from. Mine the category, rank what is rising against what a licensee can actually ship in 18 months, then test the survivors before the model shop opens a drawer.

Hard gates run before scores, so a concept that cannot reach the licensee price band is disqualified rather than merely down-ranked. Every score decomposes so you can argue with it.
